AZUR is still a young horse. He has lost his gangling appearance. As he fills up, his good bone structure supports a very promising conformation. His straight legs have gained substance. Azur's neck protrudes from a nice wide chest with elegant carriage.
To protect his articulations AZUR has not been asked to work hard yet. He has spent time grazing and playing on a foothill pasture with a dry shelter. Arthur grooms him and handles him daily. His exercise is free lunging and stepping over cavalettis.
Arthur continues to massage Azur as he grooms him with his sensitive touch and tender loving care. TLC helps him find tight or sore spots as they appear. He checks if they are growing pains or bruises due to Azur's rough playing on the slopes.
Arthur removes the negative imprints of unusual tension with his hands or with the help of his Cold Laser. He replaces them with positive imprints as Azur relaxes to his touch. Arthur also places positive imprints at all the spots where tack could touch Azur.
If touched at: the poll or on one ear Azur relaxes his head down; a corner of his lips he opens and relaxes his jaws; the saddle pad or the girth area he lifts his back up and round; behind the girth area on one side, he brings the matching hind leg forward, and if the hand pushes harder Azur moves his haunches out. |
